Finform AG was founded in June 2016 as a joint venture between Axon and PostFinance AG. As a Swiss software and service provider, we greatly simplify the onboarding process and the handling and verification of compliance requirements. We achieve this by means of standardization, scaling and digitalization of the relevant processes as well as the optimal interaction of software and integrated compliance office services via our compliance experts.

Begasoft from Bern operates the secure private cloud platform for Finform. With state-of-the-art infrastructure, a “security first” approach, ISO 27001 certification, and ISAE-compliant processes, Begasoft guarantees the highest level of security and availability.

Bi-Bala supports Finform with the introduction and further development of integrated information security and data protection systems in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701 and ISAE 3402. The focus is on practical implementation and long-term resilience.

The Fidentity software for identification via ID documents and liveness checks is fully integrated into Finform’s digital compliance services, greatly simplifying the online identification process.
